Start with the breath. Focus on what is happening now.
Why this practice matters
Breath is the simplest way back into the present. Naming what is literally around you keeps the mind from drifting into “what ifs” or “shoulds.”
Together, breathing and observing anchor you to the present moment. This 2 minute daily activity guides you though the process.
👉 How to do it (2 minutes)
Sit or stand tall.
Breathe in for 4. Hold for 2. Out for 6. Repeat for several cycles.
Name three things around you: sounds, objects, weather, etc.
Say: The awakened path is present.
Notice the shift. Small is enough.
Tips for practice
🌅 Morning: use this before checking your phone or email.
🌞 Midday: reset between tasks or meetings.
🌙 Night: calm the mind before sleep.
✨ Practice daily for one week. Notice how presence comes more easily.
