Why this practice matters
The ground we walk on isn’t just dirt. It’s the Earth itself and full of life.
When you take a moment to notice it, you can feel how it’s holding you up, the same way it holds up trees and mountains.
To ground through Earth is to connect with the living body that sustains all life. It’s really just letting the Earth remind you, “Hey, you’re part of this too.”
🌳 How to do it (3 minutes)
Stand with feet hip-width apart. Knees soft.
Imagine your weight sinking through your feet into the ground.
With each exhale, picture tension draining down into the soil.
Notice the steady strength beneath you.
Tips for practice
🌅 Morning: use before starting work to begin with awareness and life.
🌞 Midday: release tension after difficult conversations or tasks.
🌙 Evening: reset after the day.
✨ Practice daily for one week and notice how much more relaxed, yet energetic, you feel.
