Intuition isn’t distant. It’s already here, showing up in the body first, then in the heart.
In Lemurian teachings, awareness is the first act of abundance. It’s the moment we stop bracing and start noticing what we already know, underneath the noise.
When emotion and sensation line up, intuition gets easier to hear. It doesn’t necessarily become louder, just clearer.
In Feet to Earth, we practiced grounding into the present. Now we build on that by turning inward and noticing the ongoing conversation between feeling and body signals.
The connection between emotion and body is the foundation of intuitive, abundant living.
In this first step, we’ll practice a simple check-in that helps you name what you feel and locate it in the body, so your intuition has somewhere solid to land.

Create space.
Find a safe, comfortable place and silence distractions.
Set your intention.
Say inwardly, “My awareness creates abundance.”Center through breath.
Take three slow breaths, feeling your connection to the ground beneath you.
Choose your approach.
You may do any or all of these:
Journal Prompts: Explore your emotional awareness, physical awareness, and the integration of the two.
Emotion-Body Signals: Organize and see patterns clearly.
Breathing Intuition: Discover your intuitive markers.
Intuitive Venn Diagram: Find where intuition speaks.
There’s no right order or number to complete. You can try all, choose the one that resonates most, or combine them as you wish.
Intuitive living is abundant living. It grows best when you follow what feels natural.
