This guide in the Guided Intuition Resource Path invites you to connect intuition with touch and energy.

In Flow Ritual: Moving with Intention, we explored how movement can align us with intuition. Now, we will focus specifically on our hands.

Your hands are extensions of awareness. Each gesture is a bridge between giving and receiving.

Hand reaching up into the cosmos radiating light. Colorful auric lighing emanates around them.

🌸 Opening Reflection

The hands are how intuition touches the world.

In Lemurian teachings, hands are viewed as conduits of both creation and communion. They are instruments through which energy, intention, and light move into form. To raise the hands is to channel light; to open them is to share light.

Every action of the hands — holding, offering, reaching — reflects a relationship with abundance. When energy flows freely through your palms, you remember that giving and receiving are not opposites, but movements of the same current.

This guide invites you to sense energy through your hands, to shape it through intention, and to let that awareness extend into your daily gestures.

🌿 How to Use This Guide

  1. Prepare your space.
Sit comfortably where you won’t be interrupted. Rub your palms together lightly to awaken sensation.

  2. Focus on feeling.
Notice the warmth, tingling, or pulsing between your palms. This is your energy body awakening.

  3. Set your intention.
Whisper inwardly, “Through my hands, may awareness flow freely, giving and receiving in equal measure.”

  4. Choose your approach.
You may do one or all of these. Do what feels natural and intuitive:

    • Journal Prompts: Reflect on what giving and receiving mean in your current life.

    • Holding Light: Practice energy-sensing or light-channeling exercises.

    • Gesture of Flow: Make gestures or symbolic hand movements that represent balance and flow.
