Into the Bloom
Finding Connection in a Noisy World
Sometimes it feels like life is all noise. Emails, errands, family demands. Even when we step outside, it’s easy to stay locked in our heads, missing what’s right in front of us.
The problem isn’t just the busyness itself. It’s the way constant noise drowns out connection with the living world around us.
Lemurian teachings describe daily practices of slowing down, listening, and engaging with the environment as equals rather than distractions.
🌊 Lumer Council Message
Into the bloom we can see life. We can see creation growing in perfect harmony and synchronicity.
Everything is balanced.
Slow down and breathe the air. See the sky. Look at the clouds. Hear the birds. Feel the breeze.
We are one with all of it. We are connected.
This is our true meaning of living. Connect. Feel. Enjoy.
🌀 Taking it In
When I first sat with this message, what struck me was how ordinary the images are: sky, air, birds. It’s the everyday world outside my window.
But that’s the point. The ordinary is the solution. When we choose to notice, the balance and harmony of life reveal themselves in the simplest places.
We don’t have to escape to a mountain retreat or meditate for hours. A deep breath of fresh air, the sound of a bird call, or the way light shifts through a tree can be enough to remind us we are connected.
🌱 Simple Shift
Next time the noise of life pulls you off balance, try this:
🌳Step outside or look out a window.
🌬️Take one deep breath in and out.
🐦Name one living thing you can see or hear.
Feel the connection.

Balance isn’t found by adding more. It’s revealed by noticing what’s already here.

One thing about my communte to school each day is the opportunity to see nature and appreciate beauty. I watch hawks flying and nesting, baby hawks growing up and parents tending to the baby hawks, sheep in fields, blue herons feeding, hay being harvested, just to name some. It is not a bad way to commute. Each day is different with new sights. It is a great way to start the day.
