Some days are not deep spiritual lessons. They are just hard days.
Your brain is crowded. Your energy is low. Everything feels more difficult than it should. And somehow that is exactly when the usual advice shows up. Shift your energy. Raise your vibration. Get back into alignment.
I know those phrases are meant to help. But on certain days, they can feel like one more demand placed on a person who is already overloaded.
This post is for those days. The days when you don’t need a better attitude nearly as much as you need a more honest, practical way to deal with it.
🌊 Lumer Council Message
Welcome to the land of Mu, everyone. We are the Lumer Council of the Lemurian Collective.
It is amazingly great and thrilling for us to share this with you in our home of the land of Mu.
As you see the oceans rise and fall, this really shows the cycles, the cycles of life that we all live in.
The cycles of ups and downs, the tide coming in, the tide going out.
We can learn so much from the great ocean, as well as the cycles of nature.
Flow freely, my dear ones. Flow freely through these cycles.
Enjoy each moment, the ups and downs. When you’re down, you know there’s going to be ups.
We said this before, where some of you may be struggling, but you will get to the other side of it.
Life is full of waves, my dear ones. Take heart in the beauty of what we call cycles, the waves of life.
In Love and Light.
🌀 Taking It In
Life is not supposed to remain at one level all the time.
Many of us were taught to trust ourselves only when things are moving well. When we feel clear, motivated, rested, or emotionally steady, we think we are aligned. When we feel low, uncertain, or tired, we act like it’s a problem to fix as quickly as possible.
The Lemurians point to something I think many of us forget when we’re struggling. A hard day is not always a detour. Sometimes it is part of the growth itself.
We don’t evolve only through ease. Sometimes growth happens when life doesn’t go the way we want, when our usual coping stops working, and when we have to be more honest about what is actually going on.
There is a freedom that comes when we stop arguing with the moment we are in. We may not enjoy every part of it, but we are no longer trapped in the belief that only ease is meaningful. This gives us more room to breathe, respond, and grow.
A difficult day can show us where we still cling to control. It can reveal what no longer fits.
It can reveal what we’ve been skipping over. That is not failure. That is part of becoming more conscious.
Abundance shows up when we stop treating every low point like it means we’re failing. Not because the hard parts are enjoyable, but because life keeps moving, and we learn how to work with it instead of against it.
Instead of asking, “How do I get out of this part as fast as possible?” we might ask, “How do I meet this part of life in a way that helps me grow?”
It is not about pretending every hard day is beautiful. It’s about recognizing that life keeps moving, even here. This is part of how we grow in trust, presence, and a more abundant way of living.
🔄 SimpleShift
The next time your day feels heavy, off, or slow, try this in real time:
Step 1: Name the cycle
Say to yourself:
“This is a low tide day.”
or
“This is an in-between tide.”
Step 2: Match your next action to the moment
Choose one small action instead of pushing yourself to perform at full energy.
If your mind feels cluttered: Clear one small surface
If you feel emotionally overloaded: Step outside for five minutes
If you feel stuck: Do one task that takes less than two minutes
If you feel pulled inward: Rest for a few minutes without calling it laziness
Step 3: Check what changed
After you do it, ask:
Did I support myself, or did I make today harder?
The practice is simple. Stop demanding high-tide energy from a low-tide moment.
That is not giving up. That is learning how to flow with life as it is, and that kind of awareness is part of how we evolve.

What kind of life cycle are you in right now?
What helps you move with it instead of fighting it?
The wave doesn’t lose its purpose when it retreats. It gathers, returns, and rises again. So do we.
