Before I receive a message from the Lumer Council, I have to quiet my mind.
I donโt mean that in a vague, spiritual-sounding way. I mean I have to actually settle myself enough to stop interfering with the message. Because if I donโt, my mind will interfere.
One thought asks what the message means. Another wonders if Iโm hearing it correctly. Another starts planning how Iโll explain it later.
Before long, Iโm not listening anymore. Iโm managing, analyzing, and trying to prove that something real is happening.
And when that happens, the connection gets cut off.
So I breathe and ground myself. I let the thoughts pass without following every one of them. I stop trying to translate the message before I receive it.
This is how the connection opens again.
This message from the Lumer Council explains that listening is more than hearing with the ears. Itโs a full-body, whole-self practice of becoming quiet enough to receive.
According to them, many people are already receiving messages from beyond, from Source, from the higher self, from interdimensional and extraterrestrial beings, and from spirits.
The intention isnโt to force the message. Itโs to decrease the noise enough to hear what is already coming through.
๐ Key Themes
Listening is more than hearing
The Lumer Council reminds us that listening happens with more than the ears.
We listen with the heart.
We listen from within.
We listen through breath, stillness, observation, and inner awareness.
Active listening can be effective, but this message describes a deeper kind of listening. Itโs the quieting of the mind, so we can better receive what is already being communicated.
Messages may come from many sources
This message names several possible sources of guidance, including interdimensional beings, extraterrestrials, spirits, and the higher self.
Some guidance may come as a knowing, a vision, a physical sensation, a repeated image, or a moment of sudden clarity.
The intention is not to force the message. Itโs to become available to it.
The space between thoughts matters
One of the strongest teachings in this message is that guidance comes through the spaces between thoughts.
Most of us are used to looking for answers inside the thinking itself. We analyze, repeat, rehearse, worry, and then wonder why we feel unclear.
The Lumer Council encourages us to let the thoughts pass. Notice them as they float by and listen to the spaces between them. This is where messages become easier to receive.
Meditation is communication
Many people think of meditation as a way to calm down, and it is. But this message offers another perspective.
Meditation can also be a doorway for communication.
When the mind becomes less crowded, we are more able to connect with Source, the higher self, and the guidance available to us.
The goal isnโt to become perfectly silent. The goal is to decrease the noise enough to notice what is already there.
Preparation begins with inner connection
The Lumer Council speaks directly about the times ahead, describing them as active and possibly chaotic.
But the message isnโt fear-based, itโs preparation-based.
When we calm the mind, breathe, listen, and connect, we become less likely to be swept away by outer noise later.
We cannot always control what happens around us. But, we can learn how to return to ourselves and remain steady and calm within it.
As the world grows louder,
guidance comes through the spaces between the noise.
