You’re in a room where everyone knows the unwritten rules of behavior. You feel the pressure to be agreeable, polished, less intense, more impressive, more normal, more whatever keeps things smooth. So, you say and do what fits and provides a path to least resistance.
How exhausting!
Most of us learn that habit early. We learn how to stay out of trouble, how to avoid any conflict, and how to make ourselves acceptable (or at least tolerable) to the masses. It can become so automatic that we barely notice we’re doing it.
But something in us always notices.
There’s that flat feeling after a conversation where you were technically pleasant but not real. There’s a tension that shows up when you perform a version of yourself that gets approval but doesn’t quite fit. There’s the inner uneasiness of play acting, even when nobody else can tell.
The Lumer Council goes straight to that point. They explain that reaching a higher consciousness is not about becoming more impressive or tolerable. It’s about becoming more fully yourself.
🌊 Lumer Council Message
Welcome. We are the Lumer Council of the Lemurian Collective.
As always, it is a privilege and an honor to be with you. And we desire that our messages to you come with the intent in which they’re meant. And that is out of love and our desire to assist you in your evolving to Higher Consciousness. Your Higher Consciousness is yourself, your true self.
This is why we have been giving you what we know about the importance of your authentic self. Your authentic self is so important.
We have said it before, we will say it many, many times. You are a gift. A special, invaluable, eternal gift.
Do not shy away from your true self. This is the time in Human history where your true self is the most needed. There is so much going on, so much playing, play acting.
So much putting on airs, so much pretending to be someone you’re not, just to fit in, or worse yet, just to stay out of trouble. This is not good for Humankind.
We want to help you dig deep to release your inner self, your inner power.
To open up to the Higher Consciousness, the One Consciousness of your true, authentic self.
This is the time.
Some of you may feel too embarrassed to be yourself. How can that possibly be? Your true self is loved. In fact, your true self is Love.
How can you be embarrassed about your true self? The embarrassment comes actually from the play acting you’re doing. Because you know deep down, sometimes you are just acting, being ingenuous.
And it feels embarrassing because it puts you in an uncomfortable position, and in turn it puts others in a position of not knowing who you are.
Be true. Be yourself. This does not mean going “crazy”. Unless that is your true self.
Have fun. Because right now the world needs the fun humans. The world also needs the serious humans to help you ground.
Others need healers. Others need the magic of just being present.
Everyone, every individual, you have your part in Humanity. You have your part in the galaxy. You have your place in Consciousness, in Source.
Do not be scared. You can start small. Release yourself little by little. And as you do that, you will attract others who are releasing their true selves. And they in turn will attract others.
And you will all find each other. Because you already have. You are already connected.
But releasing your authentic self lifts the veil so you can actually see one another for who each of you really are. You are connected. You are one. And together, the power you have is infinite.
Sit with that for awhile.
Be yourself.
In Love and Light.
Why this Message Matters
Many of us were taught, directly or indirectly, that being fully ourselves was risky. So we learned to perform. We softened our truth, hid parts of who we were, or shaped ourselves into something more acceptable.
The Lumer Council describes a world full of play acting, pretending, and putting on airs, and they remind us that this does not serve humankind. According to this message, Higher Consciousness is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to your true, authentic self.
What makes this message especially powerful is that it does not frame authenticity as a private self-help goal. It frames it as something the world needs.
Your real self is not just for you. It helps lift the veil so people can actually recognize all are connected within the same Consciousness.
🌀 Taking It In
A lot of us assume the discomfort comes from being too visible, too weird, too honest, too much. But maybe the deeper discomfort comes from knowing we are withholding who we really are.
Many of us have tried fitting into a life that looked right from the outside but felt off on the inside.
We can be liked, praised, included, even admired, and still feel disconnected from ourselves. That kind of approval is hollow. It does not settle the body, because the body reacts when we try to hide ourselves.
To me, that is part of what this message is getting at. The more we perform, the more we lose touch with the consciousness that is already alive in us. The more honest we become, the more we realize that what we were searching for was never separate from who we are.
This does not mean forcing yourself in every situation or blowing up your life by Tuesday. The Council suggests starting small. Release yourself little by little.
Sometimes authenticity looks bold. Sometimes it looks like finally admitting what you want. Sometimes it looks like saying no without a ten-minute apology.
Sometimes it looks like wearing the thing that breaks the current standards of fashion. Other times it looks like creating the art, asking the question, speaking in your real voice, or laughing louder than you usually allow yourself to.
And yes, I laughed at the line, “This does not mean going crazy. Unless that is your true self.” There is something refreshing about a spiritual message that makes room for humor. It reminds me that authenticity is not always serious.
Some people ground the room. Some bring the fun. Some heal. Some offer presence.
We are living in a time with a lot of performance, branding, posturing, and fear. It gets easy to confuse presentation with truth.
But your true self is not a liability to manage. It is not separate from consciousness, love, or Source. It is one expression of that living wholeness. And when you let more of it come forward, you are not drifting away from spiritual truth. You are moving deeper into it.

Today, make yourself easier to find.
Let one real thing about you become visible:
A truth. A preference.
A boundary. A joy.
A voice you usually edit.
You do not have to become louder. Dare to become less hidden.

What “weird” part of yourself can actually be a benefit for others?
The real you isn’t too much for this world. It’s part of the healing it needs.
