You may feel more awake, more creative, more emotional, more hopeful, or even a little restless. Nothing obvious has changed, but something in you knows movement is happening.
That can feel exciting. It can also make you suspicious.
A lot of us are more comfortable bracing for disappointment than trusting joy when it shows up. We know how to prepare for the hard thing. We are less practiced at receiving the good thing without immediately questioning it.
The Lumer Council encourages us to not let this energy simply pass through. Don’t wait for it to make perfect sense before you respond. Don’t talk yourself out of joy because you are used to protecting yourself from disappointment.
Participate in it. Create with it.
The energy you feel is not separate from your life.
It’s part of your creative power.
🌊 What Came Through
In this channeling, the Lemurians speak about the current wave of energy moving through many people right now and how we can consciously work with it.
Key themes:
Joy is allowed.
If you’re feeling hopeful, creative, or more connected than usual, you don’t need to distrust it. It’s okay to feel this good.
Energy is not only moving through you. It is you.
If you treat it as something separate, you may miss your chance to consciously create with it.
Creativity is much bigger than art.
Creativity includes writing, music, painting, and other creative work. But it also includes how we shape our thoughts, choices, relationships, and reality.
The cosmos is not only “out there.”
The stars, galaxies, and nebulae are part of the cosmos, but so are you. The cosmos is both around us and within us.
Each person is the center of the Universe.
This is not about ego or self-importance. Every other person is the center too.
Your energy affects both personal and collective reality.
What you think, create, believe, share, and embody doesn’t stay locked inside you. It transforms the world around you.
The message ends with encouragement to stay aware, keep your eyes open, and recognize that something is already happening.
🌀 Taking It In
A lot of us know how to handle heaviness. We know how to brace, prepare, analyze, overthink, and wait for the next problem to arrive. We’ve had plenty of practice.
So, when joy arrives, we oftentimes become suspicious.
When life starts to feel lighter, we wonder if we’re missing something. When creative energy rises, we question whether it is practical. When connection starts forming, we hold back because we’re afraid to trust it too soon.
What if the good feeling is not a trick?
What if it’s creative power excited to be used?
Maybe the good feeling is not a trick. Maybe the energy moving through you is not random. The creative pull you feel could how you are meant to participate in this reality called life.
Creativity is not limited to artists, writers, musicians, or people who make beautiful things for others to see. Every day, we are creating something.
We create the reality we live in. We create distance or connection. We create more fear, or we create a little more room for truth. We create from old habits, or we create from the self that is trying to come forward.
This isn’t meant to be a burden, it’s meant to be empowering.
The goal isn’t to command life to obey us. It’s to notice where life is already moving and meet it with intention.
When we participate, we stop waiting to be chosen by the energy of our own life. We stop treating inspiration as something outside us that may or may not arrive.
We begin to recognize that the same energy moving through the cosmos is also moving through the strange, ordinary details of our day.
The idea that “you are the center of the Universe” sounds grandiose if taken alone. But the message balances it. Each person is the center. The person beside you is the center. The person far away from you is the center.
This is where unity becomes the focus, not ego.
Each of us creates from our center, but none of us creates in isolation. Our energy meets other energy. Our choices touch other choices. Our light adds to the light around us.
This is conscious connection. This is everyday abundance.

Today, notice where creative energy is already moving in your life.
Don’t limit this to obvious creative work. Look for any place where something wants to move, change, open, or become more real.
Ask yourself: What am I being pulled to create, say, share, begin, repair, or notice?
You don’t need to force a breakthrough. Take one step that says:
I am participating.
