  1. Pause to realign.
    Notice your current state. No judgment, just awareness.

  2. Listen inward.
    Ask yourself, “What feels most aligned right now?” Follow that answer, even if it seems simple.

  3. Trust small adjustments.
    Alignment rarely requires big leaps. Often, it’s one gentle shift that brings you back to flow.

  4. Choose your approach.
    You may complete any or all of these:

    • Journal Prompts: Reflect on areas where you feel most or least aligned.

    • The Alignment Check-In: Practice tuning your energy throughout the day.

    • Alignment Compass: Create a personal symbol of daily alignment.
