Master Your Energy, Manifest Your Intentions
A 60-second practice to focus your energy and transmit one clear intention.
Some days I don’t feel “off,” but I feel like my energy is doing laps.
Up, down, pressure, release, repeat. It’s easy to get yanked around by that and call it “my mood.” But the real problem is what it does to my focus. My intentions get scattered. I want something, then I second-guess it. I start, then I stall. I’m transmitting mixed signals.
This message gives me something to do with all that motion. The Lumer Council shares a practice to gather your energy and aim it, so your intention stays more focused instead of getting diluted by the noise.

Hello, we are the Lumer Council of the Lemurian Collective, and we are so honored to be with you today. And we are very honored and feel privileged that you are taking your time to be with us.
Right now, we would like to discuss energy. We all know that energy is movement, and we can all feel energy. We see it every day in our lives.
But what we really want to get to now is the energy that many of you are feeling that’s putting you on a roller coaster of emotions. You’re up in energy, and then you’re down. You feel the pressures of energy, and then the release of energy. And that does affect your emotions.
So we would like to share some of what we know and how we handle energy.
Because we are energy, you are energy. And because you are made of energy, you have the power within you, literally, to not only transmit energy, but to focus your energies.
So take a deep breath with us. Feel the energy within you, that electricity moving through every part of your body.
There’s a lot of space within your body, a lot of space between the molecules, the atoms. Let the energy move through you. Envelop you.
You may be noticing this feeling of energy around you and some of you might be thinking, wow, this could get out of control. But really notice right now, you are in control.
You can focus your energy. You can pull your energy within yourself. You can release it. You can share energy with others.
We’re telling you this because we desire, and our intention is, to help you live an abundant life.
We’re here to tell you they do matter. And you can and will manifest them.
Use your energies to manifest those intentions that you have, that some of you are holding back because you don’t think your intentions matter, much less can they be manifested. We’re here to tell you they do matter. And you can and will manifest them.
So focus on your energies. Don’t be scared of the energy. We’ve discussed before that you are not your feelings.
Energy can affect your feelings. Your feelings are information. Your feelings will help you guide how you use and transmit your energies.
So feel your energy right now as it’s building around you. Feel it pulsating.
It’s like a globe around you. You might see a yellow or golden globe. You might see a blue globe.
Right now, just notice. Notice everything about it. The colors, the pulsating, the movement.
Now draw it in yourself. Take a deep breath.
This energy is part of you. This is the energy that connects you with everyone and everything.
Now slowly release the energy out, and you will feel this connection.
This energy is what comes out and transmits your intentions. This is why we have been discussing and teaching, know your intentions.
Learn to identify your intentions. Make your intentions clear. Make sure these intentions are ones you really desire.
For once you begin just acknowledging your energy, your intentions will manifest much more quickly.
🌀 Taking it In
This message isn’t about fixing your mindset or raising your vibe. It’s about getting familiar with the energy you already have and learning to guide it.
Feelings become the readout for what we’re currently transmitting, not a verdict on who we are. If I’m anxious, I might be broadcasting urgency. If I’m irritated, I might be leaking energy into resistance. Acknowledging these feelings helps us transmit with more focus.
The “globe” practice helps because it gives us something concrete to do. Notice the field. Draw it in. Release it out. Then send an intention through the focused energy. As it expands again, it’s easier to feel connection, and to notice what’s actually available to support what you’re calling in.
This is much more effective than hoping our intention manifests while our energy is scattered.
To me, this is a core part of abundant living. We use what’s already moving through us, and we focus it on purpose, so our intentions don’t stay in the realm of “someday.” They start taking shape in real life.
🌱 SimpleShift: A 60-second intention transmitter
Sit or stand. One hand on your chest if that helps.
Breathe in and notice your energy as a soft sphere around you. If you see a color, fine. If you don’t, fine.
Step 1: Notice.
What’s the quality right now, buzzing, heavy, scattered, bright, dull?
Step 2: Draw it in.
On the inhale, imagine the sphere gently moving into your body, like warmth returning to your center.
Step 3: Release it out.
On the exhale, let it expand outward again, slower than before. See the sphere taking shape. Feel its structure aligning itself with your intention.
Then state your intention clearly and simply:
“I intend to receive support.”
“My intention is to create steady income.”
“I am becoming consistently abundant.”
Choose a real intention that you believe is possible. It doesn’t have to be a life makeover, but it should be something you can actually feel yourself transmit. It should also be clearly visible in your mind like it is already manifested.
After you state it, take one small action that matches it, even if it’s tiny.
