Start with the Breath
A simple beginning that changes everything
Today’s Lemurian teaching is short, but important.
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the length of my to-do list and the limited time I have. That feeling easily turns into pressure, then all-out stress.
The lesson I’m learning is that the way to ease the pressure isn’t by rushing straight into the list. It’s by beginning with a breath.

Breathe in light.
Exhale all things heavy.

It sounds simple, maybe even too simple, but it works.
Beginning with the breath sets the tone for everything else. It reminds us that we’re not just machines plowing through tasks. We’re human beings who can choose how we meet the day.
🔄 Simple Shift
Before you start your list today, stop for a breath.
Inhale: picture light filling you.
Exhale: picture heaviness and worry leaving you.
Then move forward.
