The Breath of Knowing
Use mindful breathing to regulate energy and heighten intuitive clarity.
This guide in the Guided Intuition Resource Path invites you to embody intuition through the breath.
Each inhale awakens awareness; each exhale releases resistance. Together they open space for knowing
🌸 Opening Reflection
Breath is the bridge between awareness and embodiment.
In Lemurian teachings, the breath is revered as the first rhythm of intuition. It’s a sacred current linking body and spirit. Every breath carries memories of balance, of unity, and of presence.
When breathing becomes conscious, awareness returns to the body, and intuition naturally rises from within.
Intuitive knowing isn’t a thought; it’s a rhythm. It lives in The Pause Between inhale and exhale. It is the still point where the mind quiets and the inner voice can be heard.
Through the breath, you listen not only for guidance, but with guidance. Each cycle of air becomes a dialogue between your energy and the unseen currents of abundance.
🌿 How to Use This Guide
Find your still point.
Sit or stand comfortably. Close your eyes. Let your body feel its own weight.Set your intention.
Whisper inwardly, “Through this breath, I remember my connection to knowing.”Bring awareness to breath.
Don’t change your breathing yet. Just notice its flow.Where does it move easily? Where does it pause?
Choose your approach.
You may do one or more of the following:Journal Prompts: Reflect on what comes forward when you center in the breath.
The 4-4-6 Rhythm: Use a short, guided breathing rhythm.
