The Wisdom of a Snail
Moving slowly means still moving.
The Lemurians believe that true growth unfolds through gradual alignment with Universal law, not through rushed force.
This message came in the form of a snail. A very slow snail and surprisingly wise.
🌊 Lumer Council Message
I saw a vision of a snail while meditating one afternoon. At first, I felt like I was being called out, because lately I feel like I’ve been moving at a snail’s pace on my projects.
But then I noticed the snail’s neck stretched out, its antennae lifted in full attention. Even though its body moved slowly, it was aware of everything.
And despite its pace, it was still making progress to its destination.
Then the snail came close, so close that one of its antennae touched my third eye.
🌀 Take it In
At first, I doubted it was a vision. Really, a snail? Yet the longer I sat with it, the more I understood.
The snail isn’t rushing, but it isn’t stalled either. Every movement is deliberate. Every pause is awareness. And when its antenna touches my third eye, it is a reminder to live with that same awareness.
Moving slowly doesn’t mean failure. Moving slowly is still moving.
I lived this truth in another way: I completed six marathons. I don’t say I “ran” six marathons, because there were many miles where I walked, limped, and even pulled off to the side.
But through it all, I stayed aware of the challenges and of my aching body’s needs. And in the end, I finished every single one. That’s a win for me.
🔄 Simple Shift
The next time you feel behind, pause for a moment.
Take a steady breath and notice where you are, not just where you wish you were.
Instead of pushing harder or rushing, choose one small, deliberate action in this moment.
Let awareness guide you and perseverance carry you.

Loved the post and reminder. Small steps, taking small stages, and still feel accomplished and celebrate that because there was movement forward.
