Unity in a Divided World
Practicing Connection in Everyday Life
Everywhere I look these days, I see division. Neighbors at odds, communities fractured, even families pulled apart. It’s easy to feel like the breaks are too deep to mend.
The Lemurians teach that division is only surface level. It’s like currents traveling in different directions, but every current belongs to the same ocean.
This is a way of living that doesn’t deny our differences but weaves them into something stronger.
🌊 Lumer Council Message
We are the Light.
We are One. We are One.
We are connected, One and all.
We are One.
This is the Lemurian Way.
We are One.
We were in the darkness.
Now we are in the Light.
We are One. We are One.
The darkness was unknowing.
Blind to reality.
We are One. We are One.
Welcome home to the Light.
We are One.
Our connection forms a family.
We are One.
To move freely,
yet to move as One.
This is not a paradox or oxymoron.
We are One.
The body has many parts.
Each part serves the body,
yet each moves independently.
When one part hurts,
we all hurt.
When one part succeeds,
we all succeed.
We are One. We are One.
We care for each other.
We comfort each other.
We celebrate together.
We mourn together.
Always uplifting.
Always and Now refining our one body
for the betterment of all.
We Are One!
🌀 Take it In
It’s easy to talk about unity when life feels smooth. But the real test comes when when the gap between “us” and “them” feels unbridgeable. That’s when unity matters most.
This is one of the reasons this Substack was created. Bring like-minded people together, to positively change the world by actively living Universal Truths.
This message calls us to live, not just with words, but with action.
Choose to care. Choose to comfort. Choose to celebrate and mourn together.
It’s in these choices that the deeper web of connectedness becomes real.
🔄 Simple Shift
Write down three simple ways you can create connection with others this week.
Think of small, real moments, like:
Check on a neighbor
Share a meal
Listen without interrupting.
Choose one from your list and commit to it. Circle it, put it on your calendar, or set a reminder on your phone.
Unity begins as an idea, but it becomes real the moment you act.

Unity begins with the choices we make today.

I learned this lesson over last summer. I disconnected from family and friends to achieve a dream I had for awhile. While I accomplished the goal, I realized how significant connections are and how vital they to our very being and our survival. With my enlightened mindset, I am much happier and enjoying the joys and peace that comes from making and maintaining connections.
